If rigged on a jighead, I recommend a 6/0 hook. Alternatively, you can rig this bait with a large, twist-lock swimbait hook. I recommend an 8/0 Owner Beast hook, or a 7/0 Trokar mag swimbait hook (slide a treble hook onto the swimbait hook for a better hookup ratio! (pics below)). 3 baits come per package.
